◆ General informations
- Payments are made only via Paypal invoices in Euros. Paypal do the conversion itself.
- You must accept my TOS
- You must be over 18 (even for SFW contents)
- I draw the artworks in their chronological order of payment.
- I don't start anything before the full payment (even for a sketch).
- Payments in installments can be an option for high amount.◆ Steps:
- Contact me explaining what you want. Please be specific, references or quality images are very helpful (AI images are NOT good references). If you don't have any reference of your character but only a description, I can work with it but it may add an extra charge.
- I'll give you a price estimate and the time you'll have to wait. When payment has been completed, your project will be added to my waiting list and your slot is reserved.
- When it's your turn, I'll send you a lot of sketchs and WIPs. I don't change anything big after the sketch phase. Please don't be afraid to tell me if something is wrong and be reachable.
- I start drawing the final product and I'll send more WIPs. I send a WIP before every important step of the artwork.
- I can make minors changes if some details don't suit you. However, I will not make big changes on the final product or the line work without an extra charge. Read my TOS for more informations.
- You will receive a high quality image of your commission (usually a .PNG in 4K) + the full timelapse of it.✅ I draw:

◆ General informations:
I make fantasy and colorful themed artworks for personal uses on digital support.
I reserve the right to modify my terms of services if needed. If you’re waiting for your project, you will be notified if anything important is changed.
My copyrights policies are under the jurisdiction of France.◆ By using my services, you confirm that:
- You have read the terms of services below in their entirety and you accept them.
- The money involved is compliant and yours.
- The elements you want me to draw (characters, scenery, etc) are copyright free or yours and you give me the authorization to illustrate and share them.
- You will keep my information and our conversation private (including my name and payment information).
- You will respect me, give me enough information to satisfy you and leave me enough artistic freedom.
- You’re aware of my queue and you accept the delay needed. Waiting list hereIf you don't follow these terms, I can refuse or cancel your project (refer to the refund policies).◆ Payment:
Price estimates don't bind either you, or I, and are made according to your demand.
When payment has been completed, your project will be added to my waiting list.
I draw the artworks in their chronological order of payment. Sometimes I may draw additional projects, this will not affect your delay.
Payments are made via Paypal invoices in Euros. I make the demand and the amount will be accorded to your price estimate.

I no longer accept payments in installments unless stated before.◆ Copyright/usage policy:
Unless a prior agreement:
- I retain the rights to the work of art, which includes publishing the work in an art book, posting the image in my public gallery, selling the art as a poster, in an art book etc.
- I retain the right to publish or not the art on any support.
- I retain the right to use rejected sketches for future works.You're not allowed to:
- Use the artwork or sketches commercially (meaning making money from it in any way). This includes reselling a character or a design you commissioned me.
- Reproduce, modify, continue, trace the artwork or any sketches, or ask anybody or using any program to do so.
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork or sketches.
- Publishing or using the artwork or sketches in an "Artificial Intelligence".
- Remove my watermarks/signatures.
Publish in private and/or publicly my sketches or the final product without my consent and/or without crediting me.
- Publish the artwork or any sketches before my own publication (you're allowed to do it when I'll say).
- Modify the artwork or any sketches (except cropping or resizing, my signature must be visible in all cases).You're allowed to:
- Display the final artwork on your networks by crediting me (you're allowed to do so when I’ll say).
- Crop and resize the art without modifying it (editing it in any manner, drawing over it, etc). - Create non-purpose commercial and personal uses only. If it’s for public use, my signature must be visible.
- Make prints of the art for personal and non-commercial uses only and small print runs. My signature must be visible but I can remove the watermark if you ask to (that version without watermark must stay private).
- Use the artwork as a reference with other artists (without copying, tracing or using an “Artificial Intelligence”).◆ Customer satisfaction:
I will;
- Send you sketches and WIPs in order to be sure to satisfy you.
Send you a high quality image of the final artwork (usually a .PNG in 4K). If it’s a shaded reference sheet, you will also receive a flat colored version.
- Under your demand and for free, create cropped images of the artwork for profiles pictures, banners etc (max 3 images).
Maintain the deadline previously given except exceptional complications.
- Keep you informed of the progress and the waiting list if needed.
- Keep your information and our conversations private (unless needed for evidence).
- Pick the colors of your character from your reference sheet. However, the environment, effects and lights can affect the final color, this is part of my artstyle. Take note that I don’t work with pure white and black.
- Realize the entire work by myself and without using any “Artificial Intelligence”. The majority of the processes of the artworks are filmed without editing. I can do livestream on Discord if you want.◆ About the changes:
In all cases, your demands must be made quickly after I’ve sent the sketches or WIP (max 2 days).
During the sketch phase, I will accept the majority of your demands without extra charges only if it still fits your price estimate and that you don't change your needs constantly, unexpectedly or untimely.
This phase exists to avoid making changes on the final product, you must not hesitate to tell me if something is wrong. If I judge that this phase is taking too long, I can ask for an additional fee.
I can refuse to modify the sketch if the requested changes are due to errors/lack of details already present on the character's references. In other words, if you want an exact result, you need to provide accurate references up front.
Artistic freedom is necessary to create quality artworks. I will listen to your demands but a middle ground must be maintained. If it’s not possible (very unlikely), I may cancel your commission (and refund you a part of the amount according to what was already done).
I accept to make minor changes if some details don't suit you. However, I will not make big changes on the final product or the line work without an extra charge. I’m the only one able to judge if a change needs an extra charge or not.Some examples of what I accept without extra charge: Modify the hue/saturation/contrast of a few elements, correct an error I've made (only if it was specified before and/or it was clear on the references), modify a pattern or a font. However if I judge that you asked too many minor changes, I may ask for an extra charge.◆ Refund policy:
Tips are always welcome but aren’t refundable.
In all cases, you must contact me first and I will do the refund myself.
If you file a chargeback, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artworks to new buyers. You will be blacklisted.- Refund requested by the customer;
I don't accept full refunds requested by customers after the work has started. However, you can still ask and depending on the circumstances, I may accept to refund you partially (depending on the work I already made) or not.
You can cancel a commission before I've started it, but I may not refund the entire amount because of the time wasted.
No refund can be done if it's about an adoptable or a YCH, all sales are final.
Once the artwork is almost done or finalized, any refund will be refused.- Refund at my initiative;
If for one reason or another (exceptional event, disagreement on the project, non-compliance with my TOS, etc.), I would want to cancel your commission on my own, you will be refunded as follows:
Entirely if I have not yet started the artwork.
Partially depending on the work already made.- Refund for delays:
If I am unable to fulfill your commission within max 3 months of the previously given deadline of delivery (for example, I gave you a delivery deadline of January and for unforeseen reasons I am unable to complete it before May) and you want to cancel your commission, you will be refunded as follows:
Entirely if I have not yet started the artwork.
Partially depending on the work already made.

Guideline

◆ 100% No AI & handmade
I give the full timelapse of the finalized piece and I can stream my drawing process on Discord at any time. I don't use AI in any way and I do my best to find good humanly made references when I need it.
I don't trace or copy anything for my work. If you choose a low detailed background, I may use blurred pictures for it. Other than that, everything is handmade.◆ I send alot of WIPs (work in progress)
I'll need to be able to contact you easily for that, the best is Discord. During the sketch process you can ask me to do some changes. I will never start anything big before your approval. I'll do my best to follow your vision and characters, even in the slightest details.◆ My delay is honest and I communicate
I'm not going to make you wait much longer than expected. If I encounter any setbacks, you will be informed. I try to update my Trello regularly and my DM on Discord are always open. I work 9am to 6pm (GMT+1).◆ Clear TOS
It may seems complex, but everything is clear, and if something doesn't please you, we can always discuss about it.◆ I follow-up
After your art is done, it's not over. I'll be always here if you want to commission any changes or updates.
I keep all the files with separated layers. It can be very useful for your reference sheet or fursuit project.

Who am I ?

I'm a French/Belgian woman and I'm a self taught digital artist.I started taking commission in 2017, at first I was mostly drawing My little Pony characters in feral and anthro form. Then I got bored and started drawing many different species around 2019. I've always drawn cute and suggestive contents, and I started drawing NSFW contents in 2021.
I'm the creator of the open species called the Angeliic Dragon, guide here.
I had a Patreon during 2 years and I had to close it because of health issue (tendonitis of the right arm). I still have pain from it so I had to reduce my working time.I draw on a graphic tablet with the program Clip Studio Paint (v3). I sometimes use Photoshop and I started drawing digitally on Paint Tool Sai.
